This classic 150 capacity, no-frills décor venue is steeped in musical history. Inside there's a mix of scattered wooden tables and leather Chesterfield sofas, with an upright piano for a traditional English pub feel. A large standing area in front of a good sized stage encourages intimate interaction with performers. Along with the main bar area, there's a small bar away from the main music area that gives people a chance to chat. This leads to a small outside smoking area. Low entry prices combined with a late bar (1am), with probably the cheapest drinks in the area, help to make it an attractive night out.

‘THROUGH THE LANDSCAPES AND COLOURS OF MY MIND’
I SEE MUSIC THROUGH PICTURES. ALL THE COLOURS, SHAPES AND LINES BECOME SOUNDS.
I am a violinist, singer, and songwriter from Poland, currently living and working in London.
I run a solo live-looping act as Aga Olek.
My adventure with music started in early childhood. I was learning classical music under the watchful eyes of my teachers. Playing became a big part of me as I was growing and exploring the mysteries of the old and contemporary masterpieces. After graduating from the Music Academy in Katowice I was an orchestra member, chamber musician, and soloist in several formations. I kept searching for the music I’ve heard deep inside me. I was crossing the genres and experimenting, finding new colours in the musical palette.
Finally, I established my own project in 2017.

Originally formed in early 2017, Gin Logic have been rocking the Essex and London music scene with gusto. In early 2019, after some changes, Leif, Aaron, Seton, Rich and Paul are taking Gin Logic to the next level with a sound that is familiar yet different to anything else out there. A plethora of different influences, ranging from Delta blues, through to grunge and metal, has helped forge a sound that is as equally funky and rhythmic as it is satisfyingly hard edged. A history of previous projects and gigging experience from within the band means that Gin Logic knows itself and continues to put its stamp onto the scene in a serious way.
Recent review for Gin Logic:
"...Gin Logic... provided audience members with a collection of songs with a sound similar to that of Alice in Chains and Pearl Jam. Fast and slow solos were incorporated into songs that were both heavy and mellow with additional bluesy melodies similar to that of Lynyrd Skynyrd to play a nice and loud debut gig..." Grab The Mic

Grunge isn’t dead, it just relocated to the mighty British underground, ready to be born again. Based out of London (UK), Gramma Vedetta are an emerging three-piece hard rock outfit, fusing a no-nonsense attitude with a passion for sci-fi and colossal riffs. Having all grown up in Southern Europe, Gramma Vedetta found common ground in their shared rock and roll experience. Their united passion for bands like Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Monster Magnet has led to the mutual understanding that fuelled their debut release, Proof Of Concept. In a crowded scene, Gramma Vedetta continue to stand out.
Gramma Vedetta quickly realised they did not yet have the deep connections in the scene they needed to succeed. So, rather than mope about, they began to book shows on their own and rapidly learned that, by giving without expectations, they experienced amazing growth for their own band. This led to amazing collaborations with promoters throughout the UK and Europe where they floored audiences with their raw hard rock energy. All this hard work, alongside Gramma Vedetta’s trademark balance of stoner driven riffage with machine-like precision, has started to win over even the most jaded of fans. Their heartfelt lyrics embrace the struggle of daily life. The balance of light and dark in their music, with fast beats contrasted by sludgy grooves can’t help but to fascinate.
Ghost Season is a high energy Alternative Metal band from Athens, Greece.

Among the bands that inspire Ghost Season are Revelation Theory, Shinedown, In Flames, Disturbed, Crossfade, Pop Evil, All That Remains, Alter Bridge ect. The goal of the band is to play dynamic and vibrant music, bridging aggressive and melodic elements while keeping the focus on live energy and enjoyment.

Gemma Smith - Singer Songwriter
It was forty seven years back, in late October of 71' when legendary singer-songwriter Nick Drake made his final recording session for Island records. It took him just two nights to wrap it up. The result was "Pink Moon", Drakes' farewell gift to a world that was just too sad & harsh to contain a gentle soul such as himself. Pink Moon is regarded by many as one of the best albums of all time, for it is where Drake brings to perfection his unique style of composition and singing and his truly remarkable technique on the acoustic guitar. In honor of the late composer, singer songwriter Or Izekson AKA Prophecy Playground will hold a special tribute concert dedicate solely to Drakes masterpiece.
Last few months saw the release of Prophecy Playground's first two singles - "Spirit Yawn", and the instrumental "Engineered Loneliness" drawn from debut album "Comfort Zone" which is due the coming fall.
If time will allow we might throw in an original or two.
Ace Motif has teamed up with Neoteryc to put on an night of pure soul and live music. After the success of our live session we decided to take it to the big stage and invite all along to watch and be a part of this music filled and selfless experience.
Ace will be joined along with the amazing songstress 'My'Chelle' and the amazing violinist 'Just Kemi'.
Tonight is the night we let ourselves go on a spiritual and soulful journey.

Cuecliché are a three piece pop-punk band from London. Inspired by an intimate Blink-182 acoustic show in Kingston, Cuecliché came together through a mutual love of the early 2000s pop-punk scene, creating their own brand of nostalgia-soaked anthems reminiscent of Sum 41, Blink-182, Taking Back Sunday and New Found Glory.
Cuecliché take their name from their ideology: to unashamedly follow the sounds of their inspirations and embrace the cliché that is all things pop-punk. Yet while their 2017 debut EP One Last Chance clearly paid homage to the pop-punk powerhouses of yesteryear, Cuecliché well and truly discovered a sound of their own, receiving widespread critical praise and over 20k streams on Spotify alone.
In their two years since forming, Cuecliché have brought their infectiously energetic live show to audiences all over the UK, with regular dates across London, three UK mini-tours and a festival already under their belts.
In January 2019 Cuecliché released a second five track EP entitled 'Look at the Pictures' and embarked on a UK tour to promote the release.
THE GREEN RAY - featuring BARRY "THE FISH" MELTON & STEPHANE MISSRI
50 years ago this August, the psychedelic rock band Country Joe and The Fish played at Woodstock , surely the most famous festival of all time. Their performance was one of the highlights of the ensuing movie. Barry "the fish" Melton is the co-founder and original lead guitarist of the band, one of the most influential groups in the San Francisco music scene during the 1960s. Their innovative guitar melodies and distorted organ-driven instrumentals were significant to the development of acid rock.
Barry performs with his band throughout the U.S.A, and tours Europe in the summer with the noted French musician Stephane Missri, who joins him at "The Fiddler's Elbow".
Barry & Stephane are delighted to be playing a full electric gig with The Green Ray, who are signed to Reckless Records and have a reputation as one of the top U.K psychedelic bands. Last year they played together at a sell out event in Hackney, and can't wait to be getting back together with these guys again!
Support is by James Hollingsworth, a superb solo psychedelic singer/guitarist from Bristol.

Banat started learning the harmonium at the age of five with “Kirtan” being amongst the other semi-classical musical education she was imbibed with. Her involuntary harmonium lessons as a child, stirred her interest but it was her first encounter with rock music, that pushed her to take up the guitar a few years later. Having grown up in a traditional Punjabi household, recent chain of circumstances pushed her to go back to her roots and rediscover her art. A shift from her usual music style, as she embraced her culture she carved another alcove of experience which has intensified her range as an artist.
Her work been featured on Rolling Stone India, FilterCopy, Free Press Journal among others. She was also named one of the top 10 budding female artists to watch out for by Rolling Stone India.
She is an avid animal lover and often draws inspiration from her pet cats, who are her muse for several of her compositions
