Maariyah Nawab-Khan is a 19 year old Jazz/Soul singer songwriter from Derby living in London. All 7 of the fist tracks she's written, produced and recorded have been played consecutively on the BBC Introducing show since June, with the first one being played 

twice. She's also been described as "one of the best singer songwriters in the UK at the moment" by the BBC Introducing team.
