Clapping For Strangers are a nine piece funk soul band, with influences from the 60s to present day and a live show that's fast and funky.

CfS have had a number of incarnations and was founded by lead guitarist Jamie Carmichael. Current male vocalist Kris Milnes will come straight to our Fiddler’s Elbow gig from appearing in Beauty and the Beast and female vocalist Kate Rawson will be making her swansong before moving to San Francisco to funk it up over there for a few years.
